Convention activities begin Sunday, December 7 and wrap up late evening Tuesday, December 9, 2025. We recommend you plan to arrive by early-afternoon on Sunday. Convention kicks off with registration and an evening Welcome Reception. Plan to depart on Wednesday, December 10. View the full event schedule here.

Please plan for business casual attire during the Convention sessions. Remember your comfortable shoes. Temperatures in meeting rooms can vary, so plan accordingly.
For the evening events you may wish to bring cocktail/party attire for the Welcome Event and Closing Party.
No bags will be allowed at the closing party (a small clutch is fine, but anything bigger will need to stay in your room).
Venues will check for ids. Please make sure to have one with you at all times, especially the evening parties and the closing event.
The following are always prohibited for day and night events: no torn, cut-off or stained clothing. No athletic gear including gym shorts, tennis shoes, sweatpants, hats, etc. No shorts, flip flops, or swimwear.

Childcare will not be provided during the Convention. You may contact the hotel’s concierge for more information on childcare services.

You will have received an email inviting you to register for Convention. All owners must register individually (you and your spouse or partner can not complete one form or you will not each have a place at Convention or your own badge). Once you have successfully registered via the registration portal you will receive a confirmation number and email. This confirmation is your receipt. When you arrive at registration on Sunday (or Monday morning if you can’t attend Sundays activities), you will receive your badge. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendees’ badges. You must be registered prior to arrival at Convention. Same day registration will not be accepted.
